These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://everydayfriday.co/ (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of tickets for events (“Events”) offered through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or purchase any tickets. We are only providing tickets for the event and we are not related in selling any products or conducting any form of product-related transactions through the website.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
1.1. General Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site and purchase tickets for general events.
2. Event Tickets and Sales
2.1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are subject to availability. You must complete the payment process to secure your ticket.
2.2. Pricing: Prices for tickets are displayed on the Site in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
2.3. Ticket Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your ticket unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket confirmation.
2.4. No Resale: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, copied, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Everyday Friday.
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
3.1. No Refunds: All ticket sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for tickets purchased unless an Event is cancelled or rescheduled by Everyday Friday.
3.2. Event Cancellation: If Everyday Friday cancels an Event, you will be offered a full refund for the ticket price paid. It will be credited to your account in 7-10 days
3.3. Event Rescheduling: If Everyday Friday reschedules an Event, you will have the option to use your existing ticket for the new date or receive a full refund.
3.4. Changes to Events: Everyday Friday reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, location, venues, or activities without prior notice.
